Precision Shunts
Ohm-Labs manufactures precision current shunts for measurement of current from <1 mA to 1000 A.
The low temperature coefficient of resistance, a result of Ohm-Labs' heat treatment tailored to each shunt during manufac, minimizes errors from self heating under power.
An internal bus structure minimizes connection errors common to many other shunts.
Shunts up to 300 A are of bifilar (folded) design for low inductance and close ac/dc conformance.
All Ohm-Labs' shunts include ISO17025 accredited calibration through full current range.
A temperature option includes an installed RTD and current / temperature characterization. Ohm-Labs can retrofit many existing shunts with this option.
